Sue,
Thank you for delivering such a dynamic and entertaining speech on (Day). Our audience loved your engaging style and we loved the powerful take-aways!
Your topic of navigating stress and your strategies on how to manage it instead of allowing stress to manage us are sure to benefit me at work and outside of work as well.
Keep delivering such innovative and insightful programs. I would recommend you to anyone!

When I started working with Sue, I was stuck. I knew that my business could not grow if I didn’t hire some staff, but I was afraid. Afraid to take on the responsibility of making payroll. What if the business stopped coming in? Afraid that managing employees would take time away from doing what I love, interior design. Sue helped me to focus on what I want not what I fear. Focusing on what I want helped me to achieve what I want. Now I have two employees, my business continues to grow, and I still have time for my passion, hands-on design. Thank you, Sue!

Sue,
Thank you for taking the time to coach me for my work presentations. Initially I did not know what to expect but knew it was an opportunity I did not want to pass up on when you offered your services and am so very glad I made the extra effort to improve my communication skills under your coaching. You went way and above the call of duty by making it possible both time wise and affordable for me to improve myself in this way. My only regret is that the sessions are over and I believe I could use a few more to accelerate my professional growth. I am considering how I can integrate a couple more sessions yet with you.
One of the things I felt was most beneficial was the honesty in which you reflected back to me how I communicate to the people I am trying to help in my work. It has resulted in my making some adjustments to my presentations and also in my sensitivity to the need of honoring their time spent with me by being organized and finishing up on schedule. This was invaluable and I can’t thank you enough.
I also gained a lot from reflecting back to me the choice of words I use when teaching my clients so as not to be confusing or redundant. You were a mirror that allowed me to view myself from the outside and take action to make changes of improvement.
I feel you would be of a benefit to some of the women at my group if they would take the opportunity to invest in your coaching services. It will be easy to refer you to those I work with because I benefited myself and continue reaping the rewards of those changes.
Gratefully,

"Hi Sue! Things are doing better. I started volunteering for a hospice company. It was funny. Right after we spoke, I immediately went on-line and looked up volunteering. I found one thing that I liked and it was only one day a month. I mentioned how I was still looking for volunteer work to my friend and she told me that I could volunteer and help her at her company. I know she has a lot going on and I thought great. We both can help each other. So that worked out. Anyway, I think my experience with you was awesome. You truly are a great God-send."

When I first started coaching with Sue, I was frustrated with how life didn’t seem fair and that everything was “my fault.” After working with Sue for just a few short months, a light when on, I realized the impact I was having on my kids and my relationships. Since that realization, I know what type of relationship I want with my loved ones. I am aware everyday, that what I say and how I act tells those around me how much I love them. My relationships with my loved ones and myself has changed dramatically. There is more respect in my life now and most of all more love. If I do get frustrated, (after all I am human), now I take a moment, look out the window at my beautiful purple tree, remember what my life is about, and BREATHE. Thank you Sue for showing me what I was missing. Thank you Sue for showing me what I could gain!

Sue helped me determine my core values, helping with interpersonal relationships - both friendships and family, anxieties about traveling, and helped me find my life purpose. She helped me realize my underlying personality/identity was actually my career. Now I know who I really am. A huge Aha! moment for me.
Sue took me through powerful meditations and encouraged thought-provoking homework assignments including a reading assignment that changed my life.
What I liked most about Sue is that this seemed a truly coaching experience and not therapy. She asked many thought-provoking questions that led me to my own conclusions and internal growth. She truly danced alongside me and didn't dictate to me.
Now I feel as though I am a stronger person in both character and self-awareness. My coaching experience with Sue is the reason for this.

When I started to coach with Sue, I started with a big to do list. I was overwhelmed by the list; the everyday things that come up and I was not taking time for me.
Sue helped me explore and understand my own fears and hesitations as to why I put things off that are very important to the growth of my business. I learned how to be at peace with myself, how to stay focused, how to overcome obstacles, and how to be in control of my time. Sue has not only been the best mentor and coach but also the best cheerleader. She gently guided me to take steps to do things that I otherwise resisted doing.
Now, I am less stressed and happier. I know that it’s best to have a coach like Sue to help me move forward and upward. ☺

"Participating in life coaching with Sue during a period of family calamity and upheaval was a source of strength and solidity for me. Sue's stable, thoughtful and yes, cheerful presence in my life has been a blessing for which I am ver grateful. I learnt that that I am strong and that relationships can be healed. I continue to move towards growth, to more clearly set boundaries and to keep my values in focus.
Thanks a lot Sue"

"When I started coaching, I was stuck. Like many “solopreneurs,” I would stop and start new business initiatives, become mired in the implementation of my new plans and then become distracted by day-to-day demands. I was paralyzed by the potential negative outcomes of steps I wanted to take.
Sue taught me to clarify my desires and focus on positive outcomes. It sounds simple; however, it has been a powerful process. First, to become quiet and identify on what I want. Second, to identify the resources and help I require to get it. Third, and finally, to keep moving forward to get it. Now, I am working on applying these lessons to other areas of my life. Thank you, Sue."

MY SOUL IS TALKING….
My soul is talking and I am able to hear you now.
Wow, how about that!
What an accomplishment!
Life’s moments are segments of sincerity and purposefulness.
Take it all one day at a time.
Be forever present-the heart is full of love and any conflict washes away with the wind.
Thinking too much misses too much.
My purpose is to be your constant companion.
Rather than convenience let’s stay together in perpetual motion.
My soul is saying “Be happy and confident”.
Surround yourself with those that love and adore you.
The more we love the more we are loved.
Rest and replenish.
Always be with me first.
Be still and know I am.
This is what I discovered through my coach, Sue Bock

I have worked with Sue for many years. I am proud to work beside her and most of all call her my friend. She is compassionate with her patients and genuine with her friends.
During our sessions, Sue made it very easy to open up and tell her what was in my heart. I worked through many issues and it changed me. With our discussions, Sue gave me avenue and insights to help pursue some of my goals. With her belief in my abilities, and her coaching, she encouraged me and gave me tools to use to accomplish my dreams.
I thank Sue for her wisdom, compassion, and friendship. Through her coaching abilities I am a person who is more at peace with my inner thoughts. I have learned how to communicate better and let go of the reins. Most of all I think I am a better friend and wife.

Coach Sue was of great assistance to me. She listened and helped me overcome the roadblocks that were getting in my way. She was non-judgmental when she heard my story and my concerns. She helped me to see that approaching my problem in the same old way was going to get me the same old results.
After talking with Coach Sue, I was able to formulate a simple plan to take on my problem. She made it easy to see a different perspective and that there was a better choice for the life I am trying to lead. I enjoyed the time I spent talking with Coach Sue. I felt important and listened to. I did what we discussed and it did lead to a resolution of my problem.
Thank you Coach Sue for being there for me, and listening with concern and caring.
